We offer our customers a single point of contact for dumpster rental, portable toilets, temporary fencing, scissor lifts and equipment rentals for any location in the US. We have grown rapidly over the past several years and need first-rate professionals to continue our growth.We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual that can successfully grow into one of our most critical roles:Account Representative. This individual will start out learning the ropes by responding to inbound prospective customer calls as an inside sales representative. After learning the business and successfully handling these calls, they will be able to quickly move up to an Account Representative and proactively drive sales efforts.The ideal person will be a strong communicator and a multi-tasker with an impressive attention to detail. As an Account Representative, you will assist customers with placing orders as well as support our Account Management team on strategic prospecting of new accounts. A successful rep consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals as well as creates and retains a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.Primary ResponsibilitiesSell new prospects through incoming callsUtilize SalesForce or other cloud-based software/CRMsAssist the Account Managers in developing and implementing appropriate sales and marketing programs to meet current and future customer needsAssist the Account Manager team by developing and executing unique strategies to obtain new accountsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction on sales transactionsWork both externally with customers and internally with employees to establish processes that improve customer experienceQA customer projects to insure a high level of customer satisfactionNegotiate and close sales by effectively communicating alternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreementsAcquire in depth industry and company knowledge in order to prepare complex proposals and make recommendations Finalize sales agreements with specific actions outlined and commitments for next stepsRequirements Knowledge of cloud-based CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)Waste industry knowledgeStrong data-analysis skillsAbility to negotiate on behalf of customer accounts for project bidding3+ years of proven inside sales experience (both inbound and outbound calling) with excellent phone presentation skillsIndustry experience in B2B sales is a strong plusCall Center experience is a plusSolid technical/computer aptitude Skilled in time managementCompetitive problem solver with a proven track record of resultsEducationBachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory
