About Us: At Hall, Rustom & Fritz LLC, our practice of law does not occur by sitting behind a desk in our Peoria offices. Whether we’re meeting with clients or appearing in court, our Peoria Lawyers are always prepared to represent your interests aggressively and strategically. Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers, answering phones, screening and routing calls.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize duties with a fluid schedule. Computer / software skills to include Quickbooks, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative, friendly, professional and strong communication skills a must!
  • Pay commensurate to experience.
  • Requirements:
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Screening & Routing Calls
  • Greeting Clients
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Other Clerical Duties & Administrative Support to Sales Staff
  • Typical & Preparing Estimates
  • Quickbooks, Excel, Powerpoint Experience
  • Ability to organize & prioritize with fluid schedule
  • Customer service experience (Not Mandatory)
  • Good typing skills
  • Some creative skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Time management skills
