Azure Administrator We are currently interviewing Azure Admins with the ability to implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure Platform-as-a-Service solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, network, and security. Experience managing resources in SQL Database , Data Factory, and Data Lake Storage and integration with PowerApps and PowerBI. Focus on managing user and data access, overall Azure PAAS System Utilization metrics, and Data Preparedness Response Recovery and Resiliency. Familiarity with either or both of the industry leading hypervisor platforms Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere to add to our cohesive, dynamic team. Work is 50 remote. Skills required A clear understanding of core Cloud Computing services Understand the basic functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud. Experience in using products such as PowerShell and Office 365. Manage Containers to virtualize services manage and monitor both standalone containers and containers managed by an orchestrator. Storage Management (perform core tasks including) Securing data against unauthorized access Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance Day to day tasks will include Ability Restartbounce the Azure componentsclustersVMs Create and manage swap space on deployed cloud system per customer policies In support of the deployed cloud systems and environments Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable Ability to Power off Down the un-used VMs Ability to identify issues at Azure level and resolve Manage Azure subscription and profiles Ability to work onsite 50 of the time 6 month contract to hire
