Bilingual Receptionist

Description

We are looking for a dependable and mature person with a professional appearance, strong work ethic, and at least 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment.

MUST HAVE PRIOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE AND SPEAK SPANISH FLUENTLY

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet clients and visitors
• Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system and relay accurate messages

• Maintain and disinfect various areas of the office
• Sort & distribute incoming mail and faxes in a timely manner
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Proficient computer skills with a comprehensive understanding of both Apple and Windows

Experience/Education:

• A high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience operating a multi-line phone system
