The Business Analyst is part of the Global Technology and Operations (GT&O) Location and Space Services (LSS) team. LSS is responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of the GT&O location strategy. LSS provides routine space solutions to our customers in a manner that is consistent with our GT&O location strategy and support GT&O in the development, governance and implementation of its location strategy to ensure the most effective and efficient utilization of company resources. As part of the LSS team, the Business Analyst will deliver data driven analysis, themes/trends applying advanced data analytics concepts to evaluate risks and controls to assess effectiveness. The Business Analyst This role will have exposure to data related to all Global Technology & Operations Lines of Business. Ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and have background in data analysis, reporting and management and ability to translate data into meaningful action at multiple levels in an organization. The Business Analyst is responsible for:

  • Implementing data reporting requirements
  • Exercising critical thinking and judgment to effectively develop reporting to be used in influencing management to improve operational execution and performance of processes while enhancing the control environment
  • Providing analysis services for workspace health and data health across Third Party applications (assigned space not in use, compliant space behavior)
  • Producing reporting relevant to space management & utilization (vacancy, mailcode, badge data, space mod) inclusive of workforce and space analytics / trend analysis
  • Maintaining the location strategy benchmarking capability and maintenance of functionality
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities and handle conflicting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality work product(s)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment
  • Proactively identifies and removes barriers to operational excellence
  • Desired Skills

  • Understanding of the space management process
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
  • Enterprise Role Overview - The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB
