Job Description

This individual is responsible for providing internal data analysis including reporting, database and/or other applications to various levels of the organization including Sales and Compensation Senior Management teams and Sales teams. Analysis should include interpretation of the findings in a manner in which the organization can develop and implement strategies to address areas needing action. This position is also responsible for implementing new procedures and process improvements to assist with revenue creation, data reporting, and other initiatives.

Responsibilities typically include user setup, hierarchy, and profile management in SFA. Handle document management in database. Update and manage the product catalog. Be the subject matter expert supporting SFA analytics, daily, weekly and monthly reporting requests. Work closely with the commercial sales teams to handle any pricing concerns.

  • Should have at least 2 years’ experience in advanced data analysis.
  • Must be well-organized and must be able to communicate well with both internal and external customers.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision and have the ability to manage own workload.
  • Must be extremely comfortable with MS Office suite of products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word specifically).

  • Familiarity with complex business markets is a plus.
  • College graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Business Management preferred. Limited travel may be involved.
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be comfortable in presenting to large audiences
  • Must be available for evening or weekend work as job requires.
