Some of traits, tasks & responsibilities of a Business Analyst at Morgan.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into specific software requirements
  • Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements and delivers work products throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ability to analyzes the entire business, including data, goals, process, and organization
  • Analyzes and defines processes of business both “To Be and “As Is.
  • Translates business requirements to System/Functional requirements, and then these are passed to Application Developers.
  • Understanding both technical designs and specifications
  • Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
  • Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
  • Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, communication skills, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer
  • To manage & develop a logical data models.
  • Being able to effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver application and process solutions
  • Being an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units
