Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with current and existing clientele
• Represents the company with a positive attitude
• Understanding of industry trends and developments
• Must meet annual budget and business goals
• Marketing strategies within the industry
• Prospect and follow up on commercial maintenance sales leads and cold calls
• A high-energy individual capable of building and maintaining professional relationships with potential clients, associations, and related business professionals
• Possess excellent written, oral communication skills and computer skills
• Must be highly motivated with excellent time management skills
• Must be able to review documents specifications for each project

Requirements

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• Two years of commercial landscape production and sales experience
• Must be flexible with their schedule and attend after-hours sales events
• Must attend work-related network groups
