Today we have an exciting career opportunity on our Buying Team for Buyer!

Collaborating with our President, GMM and many others you’ll be experienced in retail planning and allocation with strong math and Excel skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain plans by class and key categories for sales, inventory and receipts.
  • Update and manage OTB by category.
  • Analyze sales on a weekly and monthly basis, and recap by season.
  • Select seasonal assortments from the lines our designers present four times a year and manage the ongoing basic assortment.
  • Manage individual store inventory levels based on volume, capacity, seasonality and customer profile.
  • Plan sales and inventories to support promotions and other events, and analyze their performance
  • Daily and Weekly replenishment of basic stock items.
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual departments to provide product knowledge information and display guidelines for the stores.
  • Communicate regularly with stores to identify opportunities and to share information on new products.
  • Partner closely with the production teams to ensure appropriate and timely product flow.
  • Provide feedback to the design team on product needs and selling trends.
  • Stay current with emerging fashion trends in the industry.
  • Requirements:

  • 3 plus years of previous retail buying experience
  • 4 year (Bachelors) degree or FIDM degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills/proficiency in Excel.
  • Self-Motivated and Energetic team player.
  • Ability to adapt to highly entrepreneurial environment and react to change quickly.
  • Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance to our office in the City of Industry, CA ~
