Client Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Client Engagement Coordinator to help us in our overall sales efforts.

This role will help a fast-paced digital marketing agency make meaningful connections with new potential clients and position the agency within target industry verticals.

A Client Engagement Coordinator should be a talented professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and contribute to creative ideas. You will be passionate about digital marketing and understand marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The primary goal of this role is to contribute to effective business development solutions that will help our reputation and fuel our growth.


Core Responsibilities

Supports the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) and VP of Client Services through brainstorming and tactical needs to find and keep sales leads found through Noble’s inbound/outbound and marketing programs warm. Responsible for following up with potential leads and keeping them engaged through entire communication touch-points. Once a lead is designated qualified, the client engagement coordinator will collaborate with the CEM and VP of Client Services during the sales process then for smooth transition to an appropriate POD CSM (Client Success Manager).

  • Brainstorm and contribute to ideas for creative business development opportunities
  • Draft and proofread proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFQs, capabilities decks, etc.
  • Qualify leads through conducting initial discovery calls
  • At times assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities
  • Carry out digital marketing audits and assessments to help position Noble as an expert capable of solving client business needs
  • Command a strong baseline knowledge about the core concepts of the digital marketing industry and relay those to perspective clients
  • Process, develop and execute on sales-ready leads through warm calling interested prospects, cold calling new prospects and (at times) email campaign strategies
  • Help identify potential problems early-on and develop creative solutions to roadblocks during the sales, qualification, and onboarding process with other team members and company executive leadership
  • Identify potential leads through external and internal databases and collaborate with the CEM on sales approach
  • Conduct competitive research to contribute to appropriate solutions and pricing strategies
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions
  • Maintain Salesforce database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
  • Organize sales presentations and help manage the collaboration process by multiple departments; developing presentation formats and materials
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Assist in planning, participating and collaborating in proactive sales outreach programs and events like trade shows, digital media and social media campaigns
  • Take the lead on organizing events and helping to market and promote those events to target audiences
  • Support client on-boarding activities and develop agendas and working sessions to allow client services to effectively support new accounts

Required Experience and Skills

  • 1+ years’ experience in marketing, account management or sales
  • 2+ years overall professional experience in a dynamic, modern office environment
  • Self-starter and hardworking with a track record of success and drive for achievement
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be a confident communicator with the ability to present concepts verbally
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Proven ability to keep stakeholders informed
  • Located in/near Reno, Nevada and able to work in our headquarters office M-F during core business hours
  • Willingness to work on RFPs, events or other deadline-driven deliverables as needed during non-core hours within reason
  • Ability to occasionally travel (expected to be less than 10% of the time)
  • Ability to pass a company background check and provide proof of a valid driver’s license and insurance (100/300/100)
