Job Description

This position relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will need to work in accordance to standards set by the department. Individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate affiliates, transactions and accounts.

The candidate will be expected to interact daily with the head of department, affiliate management team and IT team to ensure we have appropriate enforcement in place to meet business goals, create fraud rules, drive deliverable, and develop new standards and guidelines.

The successful candidate for this position will effectively influence all departments and affiliates to execute the vision of the company.


  • Review affiliate applications to the network
  • Analyze and review affiliate traffic sources
  • Provide high-quality responses and timely resolution to compliance inquiries from advertisers and networks
  • Assist and advise our sales departments as needed
  • Provide responses to incoming support requests and/or redirect to appropriate parties
  • Customer Service Support
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail, possess excellent time management skills
  • Be comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be comfortable working in a team environment
  • Must possess initiative and excellent follow-up skills
  • 1-2 years in an office environment preferred, with compliance or affiliate marketing/online marketing experience a plus
  • 1-2 years experience with customer relations [preferred]
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications [Word, Excel, power point, Outlook]
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Education Requirements

    Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
