Customer Service Representative

Description

Dynabrade, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pneumatic and abrasive tools is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This position is responsible for providing outstanding service to Dynabrade customers, both external and internal, providing product/service/shipping information, entering orders, and quickly resolving any customer issues with accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy.

Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming customer calls regarding Dynabrade products.
· Provide accurate and timely quotes.
· Accurately enter orders into operating system received via telephone, fax, and email.
· Provide support to customers for existing orders.
· Provide back-up for fellow team members in Customer Service.
· Assist in processing customer returns.
· Upsell additional products and accessories when appropriate.
· Troubleshoot issues and suggest product solutions.
· Provide support to the Dynabrade Outside Sales Force.
· Assist with coordinating tools/orders sent in for repair.
· Assist Dynabrade staff members from various departments in resolving customer or order related issues.
Excellent phone demeanor.
A positive attitude with the ability to see the "larger picture".
Willingness to learn, grow and function effectively in a team environment.
Motivated, organized, and enthusiastic.
2-5 years of customer service / inside sales experience.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of Industrial Products and/or experience with Dynabrade tools preferred.
