As a Financial Planning Manager, this will be an integral member within the FP&A team with extensive exposure to the business stakeholders. This role will also support key priorities within CT Corporation including high growth business product as well as next gen technologies and product. Responsibilities: Support CT financial planning including monthly Outlook, Quarterly Estimate, Annual Budget and 3 Year Strategic PlanManage month-close and business KPI reporting with internal data team to ensure data integrity and accuracyLead the development of monthly senior leadership performance review decksWork with cross functional business teams in supporting financial planning and reporting for investment project with capital resources and product development cyclesProvide financial stewardship for high growth product lines including leading plan discussion, P&L review and supporting leadership portfolio reviewEnsure smooth and consistent monthly deliverables to corporate team and business partnersSupport business investment cases and progress trackingPartner with corporate and center of excellence teams to align assumptions for proper allocationLead special projects as needed Qualifications: A minimum of 8 - 10 years of comparable work experience and proven results in a similar role and/or area of responsibility. Ideal candidate has FP&A experience either in a business unit or division of a global enterprise; preferably within the financial services or software development industry.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferredExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a fast-paced environmentExperience interacting with and presenting to business partners and senior leadershipExperience managing large and disparate data sets with financial modeling skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, Power point and Outlook
