Our practice needs an individual who is professional, compassionate, personable, and enjoys helping others. The job includes a variety of tasks that assist our patients throughout their journey.
Answer multi line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller s needs yourself
Schedule new and established patients for clinical and surgical care
Register patients including co-pays and insurance information
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
1+ years experience in a medical office setting
Basic computer knowledge and skills
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
