HHA/PCA Qualifications:

• Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide or (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Current Photo ID & Social Security card
• Drug screen (last 6 months)
• Full physical (last 6 months) 2 PPD's, Rubella & Rubeola titers
• Two references

HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Social Interaction
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist in a timely manner
