As an HRBP in our Human Resources department, we have the opportunity to deliver operational and strategic HR consultation to business area leaders and executives. We get to collaborate with a broad spectrum of support networks to deliver holistic solutions to drive business results. We are responsible for supporting the implementation of HR initiatives that support business strategies. We love being a part of hiring the best employees by working closely with Talent Acquisition to support staffing needs with a focus on employee attraction and retention. There is immense job satisfaction in helping lead our organization through change by providing direction that ensures comprehensive and legally sound HR solutions to meeting business goals while retaining our great employees.

Office Location: Bloomington, IL or Tempe, AZ or Richardson, TX or Atlanta, GA

We Are Looking for Candidates With

  • High level of interpersonal, consulting, relationship management, and coaching capabilities
  • Process improvement, creative and innovative thinking, opportunity analysis
  • Objectively provides input, insight and solution-based options
  • Applies conflict resolution methods in organizational situations
  • Communicates effectively across audiences; written and oral
  • Assess and addresses the readiness for change and identifies options
  • Actively uses technology (early adopter) and data to impact the development of business options and decisions
  • Leadership and HR experience preferred
