Mesa,Arizona,United States FA13P2The Boeing Human Resources Operations team is seeking to hire an entry level data analyst as part of the creation of a People Reporting Team. This is an excellent opportunity for any recent graduates, early career or career transitioning professionals with a passion for working with data, reporting, and analytics. The chosen candidate will be part of a rapidly growing team and enterprise HR platform transition project. In this customer facing role your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyze and interpret criteria for complex reporting requests from end-users and auditors. Develop reports from with Cognos Analytics and Workday.
  • Consult with global customers, business partners and work groups on Boeing business processes for Human Resource systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise following enterprise guidelines and procedures adhering to data security handling guidelines for highly sensitive personally identifiable information.
  • Collaborate with business partners on large scale data conversion projects.
  • Participate in the creation of end-user educational training on Human Resources systems and/or processes.

Join us, and you can build something better for yourself, for our customers and for the world.Typical Education/ Experience:Bachelor s degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Master s degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Qualifications:
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Experience assisting users with report creation, execution and troubleshoot performance and malfunction issues.
  • Experience managing change effectively with demonstrated experience in analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • The ability to work through ambiguous situations that result in clearly defined requirements
  • Information Systems or other STEM education
  • Experience working with Human Resources data
  • Experience using a business intelligence platform (Cognos)
  • Knowledge of Workday and Workday Report Writer.
  • Experience with any of the following: Tableau, Regulatory Reporting Requirements, SOx and Compliance Requirements
  • Experience creating and analyzing data and metrics through the use of HR systems (HRMS, Peoplesoft, Taleo, etc) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
