Job Title: Fresher - Technical Recruiters/HR – Bilingual English/Hindi


LENGTH: Full Time

We are a leader in the Technical Staffing/Consulting Industry, with offices in VA and MA. We are looking to add experienced and fresh technical recruiters/HR to work out of our Woburn, MA Office. These are fulltime positions with a competitive starting salary and an industry leading commission plan.

Required Skills:

  • 0-2 years experience recruiting/HR or marketing candidates.
  • Aggressive and a go-getter approach.
  • Job Duties:

  • Screen resumes for positions and maintaining resume database
  • Assisting manager with daily tasks
  • Provide daily feedback
  • Coordinating interviews and presenting offers
  • Handling Employee requests
  • Maintaining Employee Files
  • Maintaining and Keeping track of Employee Work Visas
  • Working with the Company Attorney regarding new applications and maintaining existing files
