Human Resource Recruitment Assistant (HRCA1/ERD)WorkEx Military Spouse InternshipFull-TimeOlympia, WA This is a 6 - 8 week opportunity available to Military spouses only through the PacMtn WorkEx Internship Program. Would you enjoy being a part of a energetic recruitment team! This paraprofessional position provides support to the HR recruitment function by maintaining confidential interview records within the applicant tracking system. You will have the opportunity to:Maintains confidential interview records within the applicant tracking system; NeoGov.
  • Receives, reviews, and ensures accuracy and completeness of interview notes from the programs after completion of recruitment projects and selection of successful candidate.
  • Scans interview notes to corresponding exam plan within the applicant tracking system; NeoGov.
  • Under the supervision of the assigned recruiter for each recruitment, shreds interview notes after they have been scanned into the applicant tracking system.
  • Provides a status report every two weeks on records scanned into the system.
  • Supports and attends career fairs.
  • Assists in scheduling and registration for career fairs.
  • Helps prepare for and attend career fairs alongside agency recruiters.
  • Assist in preparing for the annual HCA Open House event.
  • Assists in outreach/sourcing activities.
  • Attends team meetings.
  • Attends the agency s monthly VERG meetings.
  • Takes meeting minutes.
  • Preferred/Desired Qualifications:Three years of office experience including at least six months of experience in a human resource or related setting.OREquivalent education/experience.ANDEligibility to participate in the PacMtn WorkEx Internship Program.
