The IT Coordinator is knowledgeable in the business of IT management. Reporting to Director, IT Operations, the IT Coordinator must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. As the liaison between IT, vendors, and users, superior communication and people skills are critical to success.

• Administer the asset management program for Global IT services
• Manage company asset warranties, ensuring maximum operational efficiency is achieved
• Assist in order management and decommissioning of telecom services with service providers
• Assist in management of IT vendor and lease contracts
• Assist in license management of enterprise software, ensuring compliance and managing true-ups
• Consolidate vendor payment requests to IT management for review and approval
• Create and design company user digital manuals for internal systems
• Prepare email correspondence, documents, and presentations on an ongoing basis
• Translate outlines and notes into PowerPoint presentations and other media, as directed by IT management
• Administrator on activating, deactivating, and resetting passwords for many of the IT tools provided to end users (PC Softphones, Sense, job boards, etc.)
• Manage ongoing facilities support requests of internal staff and upper management
• Review and reconciliation of IT related vendor invoices

• Work with IT Support to ensure upholding IT standards

• Order office equipment for department staff
• Use survey tool to design new surveys as requested and pull corresponding reporting results
• Manage schedules and itineraries for IT management team
• Arrange and coordinate IT meetings and functions
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CIO
• Manage unemployment process: initial claims, reporting, client portal administration and training
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat and other content editing tools
• Video editing skills a plus
• Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong understanding of Information technology tools and concepts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
