Responsibilities To support the local Customer Service Center (CSC) with all related Information Technology (IT) applications, systems, hardware and local databases. Additional IT duties as primary liaison for AA Meal Order Processing. A.C. / Heating and Refrigeration * Responsible for Supervision of CSC IT personnel with regard to daily operational meal ordering and production reports. * Responsible for the information flow in the CSC(s) – Lead Production Control * Collaborate with CSC operations and lean management to create and maintain local master data (workstation assignments, ready times, run rates, etc) * Ensure and oversee CBASE / SAP process compliance * Act as CSC's primary liaison to Program Management for central data issues resolution * Act as CBASE Super User and participate in the CBASE Super User Community * Validate customer specifications & schedules * Streamline operational processes and improve quality of deliverables * Participate and support Lean initiatives * Ensure Airline Flight Attendance Comment Feedback program is in compliance and accurate dispute information is given and received from internal and external customer. * Ensure CSC is compliant with all Information Technology policies and procedures including TIO processes * Interact with internal end users and IT on all levels to help resolve IT related issues * Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed * Ensure CSC IT processes are documented and followed by IT staff * Guide, motivate and develop employees Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required * Strong experience with MS Office required and knowledge of relevant tech systems * Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills * Ability to problem-solve * Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Good communication skills * Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively * Excellent customer service attitude (internal and external)
