Job Description

Clampitt Paper Company - Dallas, TX has an immediate need for an IT/Data Entry Specialist. This position is considered full-time, salaried.

Summary: Responsible for updating and maintaining information on Company databases and systems. Set up customers and vendors. Run various reports. Reports to the IT/Director.


Maintain database by entering customer/vendor information.

Set up new stock items and make changes as appropriate.

Create, collect and interpret data, and run various reports.

Initate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for various customers. Run ad hoc reports. Print and distribute reports.

Run reports on rebates.

Malipulate and import price book data, make changes and distribute information.

Assist individuals as needed on Company systems.

Maintain contract prices for Clampitt Paper, educate and supports others on producing pricing structures.

Maintain Mill Price List for upper management.

May assist or direct others regarding issues requiring technical support: such as maintaining printer supplies and/or working with vendors to report problems with printers or phone systems.


Expert at compiling and analyzing data, creating spreadsheets using Excel.

Excel - Advanced user.

Paper Industry working experience preferred.

High energy level, attention to detail, highly organized.

Problem solver.

Flexible work schedule.
