This position will be located in Robins Air Force Base, GA.The Global Mission Excellence & Logistics (GME&L) Logistics Planner for the Logistics Requirements Determination Process (LRDP) is responsible for supporting the LRDP process on the E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) with Maintenance Data Analysis as needed to support the Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) Integrated Production Team (IPT) for the JSTARS fleet.The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
  • Under supervision provide technical support to HBGC, Organic Depot and NGC Depot and associated scheduled, maintenance activities with respect to the Engineering Requirements Review (ERR) process including populating Development packages.
  • Under supervision accomplish research of existing maintenance historical data to provide recommendations for changes to maintenance requirements to engineering.
  • The ability to gain knowledge of aircraft or E-8 maintenance and sustainment procedures and under direction provide recommendations in either written and orally.
  • Gain extensive experience and knowledge of large aircraft maintenance and sustainment procedures, specifically E-8.
  • Gain an extensive knowledge of E-8 maintenance capabilities, restrictions, practices and policy such that the analyst can provide detailed recommendations for changes to maintenance requirements including justification supported by analytical methods.
  • The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.AslogQualificationsBasic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree and 3+ years relevant experience with a strong emphasis on Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) and Life Cycle Sustainment support and Air Force Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) Data Analysis. (7 years total experience)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Air Force Logistics Requirements Determination Process (LRDP) is preferred.
  • Experience with the E-8 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) is preferred.
  • Experience and working knowledge with the Air Force Integrated Maintenance Database (IMDS) with respect to E-8 Data Analysis is preferred.
