Job Description
$750,000 a year

The Manager, Analytics applies innovative analytics methodologies and technology to solve specific, documented Client business problems. He / she provides project leadership for a cross-functional Analytics Team. The Manager, Analytics generates insights, recommendations and introduces new methodologies that result in actions, quantified Economic Value for Key Accounts and annual savings for OnProcess. He / she drives the delivery of Analytics in order to provide visibility and actionable insights into the end customer experience. He / she supports the use of Analytics throughout the Company.


  • Capability to identify $750K annually of specific opportunities for Economic Value in Service Supply Chain Operations from well-defined, focused opportunities for OnProcess
  • Provide leadership on specific programs in identifying risk and quantifying opportunities for improved business outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with our Process Engineers to operationalize analytics for clients — while maintaining alignment to contractual deliverables and scope of work
  • Demonstrated expertise for script development, research instrument design and Voice of Customer data capture
  • Demonstrated superior performance solving problems with Senior Executives in Client organizations
  • Leadership in launching innovative Analytics, including the introduction of software, methodology or technologies
  • Ability to lead the delivery of 12 Analytics Report Outs annually for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Ability to lead Script Development / Support / Enhancements for up to 5 Programs annually
  • Oversees the adoption of new Analytics methodologies and technologies
  • Manages the identification and evaluation of new Analytics opportunities that leverage the Company’s core capabilities
  • Monitors the performance of new Analytics offerings and recommends change as required
  • Partners with other departments in order to prepare the general release and adoption of Analytics services
  • Qualifications:

  • The skills, experience and expertise needed to fulfill the requirements of this position include the following:
  • Demonstrated success in applying Analytics to solve Client Problems
  • Demonstrated successful track record in the application of advanced software and methodology in two of the following: Predictive Analytics, implementation of Randomized Control Trials, Peer-to-Peer Performance Analytics (channels performance), and analytics to reduce no fault found / no trouble found.
  • Demonstrated success in using Python or R for machine learning
  • Experience using IBM SPSS is a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in presenting findings to Clients
  • 1-5 years successful experience in solving Client problems through the application of market research, analytics and statistics
  • Proven leadership in creating and implementing new services
  • Advanced degree in either statistics, operations research, market research or MBA
  • Goal-oriented, team-player
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Strong creative business thinking skills and logic
  • Creativity, business and analytical abilities
  • Travel 10% of the time, U.S. based

    Daily operation of various office based equipment: fax machine, telephone & voice mail operating system. Desktop/laptop computer, & e-mail system May be required to sit or stand (presentations/meetings) for extended periods of time May spend extended periods operating desktop computer, requiring hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity; and communicating face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing Light lifting of paperwork, folders or other general record keeping materials
