Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description

1. Perform time study, value-added and non-value-added analysis, line balancing and improvement suggestion report, safety analysis.2. Update/create the value stream mapping based on VA/NVA analysis.2. Identify and document required equipment, fixtures and tools for each fabrication and assembly process.3. Create standard operating procedure (Process documentation) including BOM, quantity, torque, tools, equipment, fixture, safety instructions, etc.

Secondary Skills

  • Exposure to fabrication, welding and assembly operations, Strong communication skills are essential
  • Any specific industry experience

    Heavy machine industry experience is preferred


    Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
