This position is a contact to hire position with a premiere employer in the area of Franklin, TN Zip code 37067 Pay: $ 16.50 per hour Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm. This position is onsite location Purpose and Scope:
* Summary: The Patient Enrollment Coordinator enters the patient enrollment data into database that is received via fax, email, phone, or postal service. The incumbent opens, edits, and maintains patient profiles.
* The Patient Enrollment Coordinator receives, and processes calls and emails to satisfy patient enrollment.
* The incumbent verifies information by calling clinics, when necessary and obtains and enters pertinent patient data into the database in compliance with pharmacy and company standard operating procedures and all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
* Position is temporary to permanent based on performance.
* Candidate is going to be obtaining faxes and entering information into patient profiles. Accuracy is very important.
* Looking for someone that has good data entry skills.
* Candidate will be typing into notes into patient profile.
* That will be various things including prescriptions and insurance card information.
* They will have to process refills on prescriptions and to make sure another order is not processing before.
* Candidate is held to a metric of 35 documents reviewed in an hour.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Candidates that are Pharmacy Technicians would be preferred but not required.
* Candidate MUST take WPM test. We need to see the entire test submitted to see time and accuracy of typing.
