Merchant Services Technical Support - Deployment (Entry Level)

Job Description:
Simpay is looking for a technical support representative to join our growing team! This position works on site to help prepare, quality check and deploy merchant end user equipment. The ideal candidate for this position has a keen eye for detail with an interest in technology. This role collaborates with various departments in a flexible team environment.
Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance and physical set up on outbound hardware.
  • Document all tasks and interactions in internal systems, and follow appropriate escalation procedures
  • Work closely with the Support team to ensure timely delivery and department continuity
  • Update logistic documentation
  • Role responsibilities may shift when necessary to align with the direction of the company or department.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of computer and network hardware and peripheral equipment preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A problem solver who can work independently in a flexible team environment.
  • High attention to detail
  • Time Management skills with a high sense for urgency
Work Environment
This position reports to our location in Feasterville-Trevose, Pa. This is a full-time position requiring at least 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hour shift) of work, shift is 9-5.
