Job Description
R/GA s offices and online platforms are the face of the company. The Content Platform Associate will be responsible for maintaining R/GA s external and internal digital presence for the New York Headquarters and across global offices and digital properties. Working closely with the Communications and Business Development teams and senior agency leadership, the associate will source, track and push content updates across all marketing platforms and signage in line with agency marketing needs.

Here s what you should know if you want to be a Content Platforms Associate at R/GA:

On any given day you are

  • Responsible for content updates to s global website, all office and services web pages, and NY internal screens.
  • Working with R/GA s Brand Director to ensure all designed assets adhere to the R/GA brand guidelines.
  • Training new users on R/GA Connected CMS workflow and process. Identifying user enhancements, bugs and maintenance needs
  • The on-the-ground point person managing in house screen content supporting Business Development and client visits, and events hosted on-site (i.e Town Halls, Marketing Hall of Fame, etc,. Some events occur outside of business hours during evenings and weekends)
  • Leading development of innovative and interactive screen experiences to promote R/GA work internally.
  • Working with tech team to maintain and create new connectivity and workflow with other third-party programs (Vimeo, Scala, LISNR, Salesforce, Pardot, Splashthat etc.)
  • Facilitating client approvals with account teams to have work added to R/GA owned channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Overseeing, managing and tracking the development and deployment of screen and .com creative assets.
  • Working with internal development teams to facilitate hardcoded updates to, screens, and more.
  • Leading QA for internal screen tests on-the-ground for client visits, pitches, and work launches in advance of content going live
  • Developing and deploying email marketing campaigns to drive attendance at global events and Business Development initiatives utilizing the connection of Salesforce, Pardot, and Splashthat platforms.
  • Working with the team to analyze reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, and implement best practices to drive the improvement of results across email, website, and internal screens.
The ideal person

  • Has a strong familiarity with the state of the Web from a business and brand aesthetic perspective, as well as an understanding of website architecture and mapping.
  • Has an innate interest and aptitude in learning and connecting new programs and platforms.
  • Has an interest in learning web analytics, SEO and email marketing best practices.
  • Is a self-starter, self-motivated and also a strong collaborator.
  • Is detail oriented.
  • Can establish and maintain relationships with R/GA employees at all levels.
  • Is familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
You bring

  • Interest and experience in managing/producing marketing, creative or technology projects.
  • Platform and program skills: demonstrated experience with CMS s, Pardot, Salesforce, JIRA, Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details and a positive and can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work seamlessly across teams and offices, including remote staff.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
