Job Description
Mid-South Telecom is pleased to announce a new position selling our Advanced Technology offerings. We dedicate one Account Manager to each account we service, providing a single point of contact for all our services: Cabling, Consulting, Networking, Life-cycle Management, Repair, Security, Telephony, WiFi, and more.

This position is focused on penetrating and landing new business by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and protecting the interests of both the customer and Mid-South Telecom. You will maximize opportunities by serving as your customer s key contact, help drive their technology planning process, serve as the liaison between your customer, Mid-South Telecom, and the various manufacturers and support personnel required to support your accounts.

We are seeking bold self-starter s that will build executive relationships, articulate Mid-South Telecom s products, services, and business strategies, create demand and close deals. You will be tasked with calling on key decision makers and all other technical and business personnel. You must have the ability to negotiate solutions and resolve issues with peers, partners and customers employing a Win/Win philosophy. You are expected to serve as the key client contact for all customers and introduce product specialists, engineers, and other partners as required to improve the customer buying experience.
