Job Description
Responsible for assisting the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager with directing, developing, managing and motivating colleagues involved in back office operations and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned function and adherence to Bank policies and procedures. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers and providing exemplary customer service. This is typically a first line "assistant" supervisor position that focuses on providing technical oversight to assigned staff while gaining supervisory experience. Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of banking experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required.
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years experience in bank card operations preferred.
  • Minimum 2 year knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel using formulas.
  • Ability to create Excel matrix using formulas.
  • Accounting cost analysis knowledge.
  • Visa debit , Plus, Interlink, STAR Systems, Visa Prepaid Card operational knowledge helpful
  • Network Adjustments, and non-post processing helpful.
  • Ability to work in a high production and deadline oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a heavy work loads, and high call volumes.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for decision making.
  • Knowledge of Visa debit, Interlink, Plus, STAR, Gift Card (re-loadable) helpful.
  • Knowledge of Regulation "E" and Visa Operations rules helpful
