You will be the USA Representative, head of the store and role model for your team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, customer service, store operations and negotiating with brokers/business owners.
QUALIFICATIONS • Leadership qualities with at least 2 years of experience in sales • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers • Motivated to achieve great results • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust • Negotiating skills • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays • Able to work well under pressure • Work permit in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES • Coaching and motivating your team to inspire top performance • Recruiting, hiring, training and store operations • Negotiation with broker/business owners of suitable real estate for the shops to achieve best prices • Carry out plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability • Enhance brand loyalty by empowering team to create a natural and personable experience for customers • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, store leadership • Maintain a high level of customer focus • Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained • Passion for teaching your team product knowledge and how to apply it to the customer experience
