The world famous R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center provides cutting-edge care for the most critically ill patients in Maryland. As a Patient Care Assistant you will be working alongside experienced trauma nurses caring for the most critically ill patients in Maryland with severe traumatic injuries.   • What You Need to Be Successful:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Nursing Assistant Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant's program or equivalent work experience as a nursing assistant
  • CPR Card requried - Valid American Heart Association Required
  • Six months of prior direct, patient care work experience in a health care facility is preferred.
