Personal Assistant to CEO of Music Festival

Job Description

Looking for a personal Assistant to the CEO of an exciting, ever expanding Southern New Jersey-based music festival. Applicant must be tech savvy, be familiar with Google Docs, Word, Database operations; be energetic and eager to work hard; be creative and able to problem solve independently; be flexible and professional; possess strong telephone skills; and be able to start immediately.

Hours are flexible, but will include some nights and weekends in our Williamstown, New Jersey, offices – as well as some weekend hours between now and the start of the festival (June 11). Once the festival begins (June 12) hours will be at our Philadelphia-area location (Bryn Mawr, PA).
