Personnel Specialist

Job Description
Key Role: Support an Air Force client as a primary focal point working independently at a Joint operating location. Analyze and integrate existing Joint and Service processes to account for Cyber and headquarters personnel. Provide leadership routine visibility into assigned personnel, including incoming and outgoing personnel. Work closely with service representatives, including respective Air Force personnel and manpower offices, to manage military and civilian personnel requirements and programs. Facilitate coordination with service and host organization offices for assigned personnel. Maintain personnel records and databases to accurately account for Cyber and Joint Force Headquarters personnel. Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience with US military personnel management
  • Experience with US military or commercial personnel management information systems
  • Experience with US military processes and methodologies
  • Experience in working with senior civilian and senior military staff
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • BA or BS degree
  • Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with supporting military service Cyber elements, Joint commands, and DoD agencies
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
