Job Description

Nickelodeon s Nick Jr., the #1 preschool brand, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their team! This position will support the Play-Along Video Production Management Team with various day-to-day production needs. This position requires someone that has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle many projects at once.

Must work on-site in NYC.

Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To:

  • General production management support across all Play-Along Video titles
  • On-boarding new employees including all user set up requests, background checks, start paperwork, and building ID requests
  • Facilitate on set of Play-Along Video voice over records and shoots as needed
  • Work with vendors to get them set up in Viacom’s vendor payment system
  • Reconcile production receipts/expense reports in CONCUR
  • Support in booking all domestic and international production travel
  • Assist in planning work events and special meetings
  • Support Production Management with additional tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented person
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Past production experience is a plus
