Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and executive assistance
  • Calendar / Meeting Management: Take full ownership of the calendar. Obtain/print/organize materials for all meetings. Resolve/anticipate scheduling conflicts. Keep MD / D on Track, avoid overruns
  • Coverage / Messages: Provide effective coverage, coordinating with other PA’s as part of the Risk Coverage model
  • Travel / Expenses: Book flights/hotels/cars/visas/ Deutsche Bank floor accesses/office space. Provide travel envelope with key information including calendar/maps/key contact details
  • Maintain effective office environment (stationary, printer, etc.)
  • Manage subscriptions/conferences/training/system access
  • Preparing presentation materials for internal and external meetings including photocopying and distribution
  • Responsible for overseas team visitors – security access, arranging itinerary, desk location, etc
  • Maintain an effective working environment which allows the team to be more productive
  • Support new joiners, on-boarding and seating set-up
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • A reliable team player with a proactive “can do attitude and strong work ethic (essential)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior executives within the Bank as well as external stakeholders
  • Proven banking experience and experience working within a management environment; familiarity with Deutsche Bank is a plus
  • The ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
  • The ability to work with confidential information and use discretion with sensitive management issues
  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
