Program Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Sino US Performing Arts Organization (SINOUS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization specialized in Chinese art and culture. It has served local communities and bridge intercultural understanding through art education, performances and cultural events. It is hiring energetic and hard-working talents to join its team.


  • Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible and reliable;
  • Strong research, coordination and organizational skills, attention to details;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, able to work with people of diverse backgrounds;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin) required, able to listen, speak, read and write in both languages;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet use; social media skills a plus;
  • Legal work status required (the employer does NOT sponsor work-related visas);
  • Able to take business trips and work evening and weekend hours per project needs;
  • Bachelor degree required, art and culture and/or event planning experience preferred.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organizing, marketing and implementation of special projects and events;
  • Research, analyze and prepare project materials, collect data, compile files and reports;
  • Serve as the liaison with partners and monitor partnership programs;
  • Provide administrative and logistical supports for visiting artists and delegations;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • 能出差,并能根据项目要求调整工作时间;
  • 本科学历,有相关艺术和文化从业经验者优先。
  • 职责:

  • 协助主管进行项目及活动的策划、组织、宣传推广及执行;
  • 协助项目调查、分析和资料管理,准备项目材料、报告和实施细则;
  • 联络、访问、监督和评估相关培训点和合作单位;
  • 为到访的艺术团体提供行政和后勤支持;
  • 完成其它指定的工作任务。

    Salary: $2,500.00 to $2,700.00 /month
