Trademasters has an excellent opportunity for a Project Analyst to work with the Project Manager to build a software infrastructure "T2" for the operation of a service business focused on the commercial and residential area. This software infrastructure will be the back-office operations for multiple entities. It is anticipated to include Accounting, Customer Relations Management, Human Resources, Security, and web Interfaces to multiple operating units. This project is projected to be an incremental implementation of components over the course of 2021 and beyond for necessary ongoing support and development.
Responsibilities: * Manage project schedule budget management.

• Manage schedule and budget of subcontractors working on T2 Project.
• Track deliverables from subcontractors and T2 Project staff, ensuring that deadlines are met, and teammates have what they need to complete their items.
• Organize and maintain T2 Project documentation, training schedules and materials, and technical documents.
• Maintain T2 Project Issues logs and risk logs.
• Coordinate, document and evaluate T2 Project meetings and status including revision to T2 Project schedule and budgets.
• Responsibilities may expand based on T2 Project Analyst background and interests.

Candidate Requirements: * College degree in an Engineering, Business or related field. Experience can be substituted for educational requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in budget management and tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and results-driven attitude.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills including but not limited to e-mail correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to facilitate a workflow with a variety of staff on a demanding project.
• Proven ability to reliably meet deadlines, including tight (ex. 24-hour) turnarounds.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.

Strongly Preferred: * Experience and knowledge of Project Management tools (ex. Microsoft Project)

• Experience with IT-specific projects.
