Project Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the project risk and issues registries.
  • Responsible for documenting the amount of time billed against the project within Primavera. Provide reporting on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Monitor and approve schedules weekly, to ensure reports are shown accurately.
  • Responsible for communication between PMO team and the client to ensure proficient and timely operations.
  • Facilitation of meetings, agendas, notes, and action items.

Technical Skills

  • Must have experience and knowledge of business, functional and technical areas/disciplines and be able to conduct research on special areas.
  • Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise.
  • Experience with MS Project is preferred
  • Experience with Primavera is preferred
  • Experience with Rational (RTC) preferred
  • Must have experience using SharePoint

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required.
  • Requires 5 Years’ Experience. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Without a degree, candidate must have a total of 13 years of experience.
  • Location: Remote
  • Veteran Preference: Yes.
  • Citizenship/Security: Citizen/Green Card. Must be able to hold a federal security clearance.
