The , Department of Children and Families ( ), Albert J. Solnit center, is seeking two (2) per diem Psychiatrists (PCN 119243 & 90173). These positions will service the psychiatric programs of the Center based in the Middletown campus.
We anticipate each position will average 24 hours per week.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The psychiatrists in these positions will be responsible for the psychiatric care of up to 8 adolescents and will lead an interdisciplinary treatment team and oversee the execution of comprehensive treatment plans.

The is a state-administered Psychiatric facility for Connecticut's children who are under the age of eighteen, located on a 67-acre campus overlooking the Connecticut River in Middletown, CT. The center provides comprehensive care to children and adolescents with severe mental illness and related behavior and emotional problems who cannot be safely assessed or treated in a less restrictive setting.
