If you're self-motivated and thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, WE HAVE A CAREER FOR YOU! Compass is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our growing Automation Center of Excellence team.

Work alongside our team to identify and analyze business requirements and processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose and execute a plan of RPA strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced Developer certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development - UiPath a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of at least one of the programming tools/languages (e.g., C, Web, .Net, VB, Python)
• Experience leading the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions
• Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate development
• Hands-on experience with advanced automation tools (OCR, AI/ML)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the technical aspects to business people and relevant stakeholders
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts

The ideal candidate will:

• Support the implementation and enablement of Automation Centre of Excellence
• Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-enabled solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration, and security
• Assist with the development and execution of a Program Roadmap including project prioritization and delivery
• Support CoE driven automation and Citizen-led development
• Analyze, design and implement automation solutions
• Works side by side with Business Analyst and/or SME's for creating process documentation
• Set up a framework to monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation
• Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data
• Work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges
