QA experience in IBM Sterling OMS 9.4 and above
Functional knowledge in Order Capture , Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management
Functional expertise in Sterling Store and Call Center Order Management
QA Automation experience
Exposure to IBM OMoC (Commerce on Cloud)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Should be able to work in a multi-vendor environment and drive the QA deliverables
2. Conduct Defect Triage and progress the QA deliverables towards closure
3. Conduct agile ceremonies
4. Prepare client status report and present the milestones to TCS/Client leadership
