Who are we looking for?

We need a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team in Draper, UT, that can design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code. The person in this role will identify bottlenecks and bugs while coming up with solutions and will help maintain code quality, organization and automation.


Some skills we need:

Experience with Ruby on Rails along with other common libraries such as Rspec and Resque.

Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances.

A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, server-side templating languages, and server-side CSS preprocessors.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.

Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
