Job Description

Hatch Homes is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina. The right candidate will be in training to manage and administrate the entire sales process.

Position Compensation

  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following.

  • General sales & admin responsibilities
  • Learn how to overcome objections and execute contracts
  • Respond to customer requests for information
  • Customer Service
  • Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers and team members
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Canvassing
  • Demonstrate samples
  • Document transactions
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill & profitability of the company
  • *Other Duties May Be Required

    Required Qualifications

  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime & nighttime
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
  • Ability to utilize Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via Sales applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, or Marketing focus preferred)
  • Prior CRM software experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Excel in intercommunications and interactions
  • Strongly motivated

    Hatch Holmes is an exterior design & remodeling company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our company also services the greater Asheville, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh communities.

    Our company's goal is to re-engineer the customer experience for homeowners within the home improvement industry. Today we do this in a couple of ways:

    1) Virtual Consultations

    We use a combination of measuring software, 3D modeling and home renderings to meet homeowners over video conference.

    2) Home Visualizers

    Upload a picture of your own home or choose one from our website’s gallery. Instantly change the siding, roof and windows on the home with a click of a mouse. We also use other platforms built for complete customization for homeowners to plan and design their dream home.

    3) Design Expertise

    In addition to our visualizers, our design consultants are able to offer expert guidance on product, style and color selection.

  • Prior CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Previous sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction industry: 1 year (Preferred)
