Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming, Object-oriented programming
Must be experienced in developing Object oriented and classical programs in ABAP including Reports, Adobe Forms, Smart forms/SAP Scripts, Webdynpro and IDOC Processing
Modifying and troubleshooting interfaces using ALE/IDOC, Flat File, RFC, BAPI, proxies, webservices
SAP Enhancement technologies including Classical enhancements, BADI, BTE and new Enhancement framework
Enhancement pack/Upgrade implementation, SPAU and SPDD resolution
Good understanding and experience in software development life cycle methodology
Knowledge on ECC integration with other SAP systems like Retail, APO, BW, TMS, CRM and SNC systems
Experience in working with S/4HANA implementation projects
Experience with project management is desired and expected to possess planning and co-ordination skills.
Exposure to SAP’s latest innovations like SAP Fiori, Gateway, SAPUI5, OData, Core Data Services, modeling and development in HANA environment, XSJS, SAP Personas is desirable
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Provide development leadership in the design, development, testing, Code Review and Performance tuning in all major modules of SAP
Should have working knowledge in SAP functional areas like SD, MM, PM, FI/CO, WM, PP, PS etc.
Provide ABAP technical expertise to SAP project teams for the project related developments
Develop and adapt technical solutions/options into detailed technical design documents, ensuring all functional requirements are met in the technical design
Supports SAP modules by implementing, solving break/fix issues, and by providing design and development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
Manage and lead the construction of code based on a technical design, following industry development standards
Carry out reviews of functional specifications, technical Specifications and ABAP Code
Work with project teams and technical resources. Maintain and continually demonstrate solid understanding of the functionality and test data that will be required to Build/Unit Test/Assembly Test/System Test the customization
Ensure all code is well documented and can be navigated by others in the next phase (testing)
Develop and ensure adherence to development standards and create documentation and adhere to documentation standards
Coordinate with Offshore and Onsite Technical resources and with functional team
Provides technical support to all SAP users on matters related to the programming of SAP modules
Coordinating technical aspects of operations such as solving production problems, making enhancements to the existing functionality, and fixing logical bugs in the applications
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the SAP project, technology and functionality
Use SAP experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets and timelines
Experience with and able to generate and communicate clear business reasons for implementing technical solutions. Motivated initiator with excellent mentoring and team development skills and make effective presentations and lead design workshops with clients/customer project teams
Demonstrate a pragmatic approach and can put an integrated SAP solution and the various components into a business context
Solid and detailed understanding of SAP functionality, technology and integrations
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Qualification: 6-8 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
Certification: If possible has BA level 1 and is seeking level 2.
Experience in Business Analysis.
Should be proficient in Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.
Should have progressing skills on Software Engineering & Architecture Knowledge.
Should have baseline in Testing.
