As a Senior Business Systems Analysis, you will use your extensive Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Loan Origination Systems and Business Analysis knowledge and experience to gather business requirements for system features and build documentation needed for development to code those features. You will be successful by understanding the client's requirements, processes, and methodologies then via business requirements documentation communicate the most effective way to utilize the Mortgage Loan Origination system to satisfy their business requirements!
IN THIS ROLE, YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Performing business analysis activities, such as requirements analysis, business process modeling, and the writing and performing test cases, business rules, diagrams, and user interface specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and lead requirements-elicitation workshops and evaluating feasibility.
• Articulating the key business problem and provide options for a solution.
• The position can work remote anywhere in the United States.

• Has excellent communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills to understand what people say and detect what they might be hesitant to say.
• Is a professional self-starter, who works independent, and understands a sense of urgency when working to bring solutions to clients.
• Has strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• 7 plus years minimum of mortgage lending experience and basic regulatory and compliance knowledge, including the associated documents for a mortgage loan transaction.
• 5 plus years minimum prior experience with Mortgage Director, UniFi Pro Mortgage, or other Mortgage Loan Origination Systems in both end user and administrative functions.
• Experience in writing Business Requirements Documentation.
• Knowledge and experience with integrations for Credit Reports, Flood, MI, Fraud, and AUS (Fannie Mae DU and Freddie Mac LPA) and other Mortgage Lending services.
• Experience and knowledge of software testing processes such as writing and performing test plans and test cases.
• Understanding the process of Troubleshooting software systems
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile and SAFe
• Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced skills with Excel.
• Understand XML structures and how that translates into Data Mapping requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science preferred
• Experience with Imaging Integrations, a plus
• Experience with Document Prep vendors
• Experience with Loan Delivery Interfaces (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and Secondary marketing
