Upsilon Global are proud to have partnered with a mid-sized CRO who have major global expansion plans in the coming years and are looking for a Senior Business Development director to spearhead their Business Development department on a global scale. The role of business development within the organisation is to win new business, guide the overall business strategy and input to the board discussions to shape the business as it prepares for sustained growth and expansion.
The Senior Business Development Director will work closely with the Senior Management team and Functional Managers, to cultivate strong, long term relationships with the key decision-makers in life sciences organisations.
Details are confidential but this Global CRO have major plans to increase their capabilities across the globe. The currently operate in Phases I-IV globally and have already established key relationships with sponsors ranging from niche local Biotechs, to global Pharmaceutical sponsors. The Senior Business Development will have the opportunity to not only develop these existing relationships, but also utilise their own network and contacts, to generate an increase in this CROs clinical pipeline.
This CRO have a strong Pharmacovigilance background and so you will also have the opportunity to diversify your responsibilities and develop business across a range of areas not just limited to Clinical services.
