The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation Legal Department seeks an attorney to provide advice and counsel on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and compliance matters for hospitals and other types of health care providers. An in-depth knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws (including federal and state Stark and anti-kickback laws) is required, and experience in drafting physician employment agreements and negotiating physician practice acquisitions is preferred. Essential to the position are superior interpersonal skills, interest in having a broad-based practice, interest in and ability to learn new areas of the law and an ability to manage effectively a very high volume of work.
