Software QA Test Developer (Self-Driving car):

We're looking for a very strong technical Test Developer; someone with the technical ability to deeply understand architectures and strong scripting experience to automate and innovate testing scenarios, and the leadership to inspire our engineering team. As a key member of our automotive group, you'll be working on the real time challenges unrivaled to the automotive industry and our automotive products.

As part of the automotive software testing organization, you'll get along with both software and hardware engineering teams covering multiple disciplines to provide quality product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As a member of Autonomous Vehicle Software Test Engineer team, you will work on Autonomous Vehicle Software for end to end software & hardware testing for autonomous driving.

  • You will collaborate with a team with dynamic strengths of engineers encompassing the entire NVIDIA Automotive platform. As such, you should have a track record of working well across organizations.

  • Automation/tools development for white box testing.

  • Develop scenario/test cases based on the product/features.

  • Root cause/troubleshoot issues

  • Strong Embedded knowledge

  • Work experience in Linux environment

  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills are required

  • What We Need To See

  • A master or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree with 5+ years of industry experience.

  • You demonstrate excellent test process/flow with SW debugging skills in a Linux environment.

  • Experience in Embedded/Car industry with similar technology experience.

  • Work with sensors like Lidar, RADAR, Camera.

  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)

  • Some familiarity with embedded platforms and system software

  • Self-motivated to learn new thing & embrace technology faster

  • Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Familiarity with industrial and scientific way of their software architecture.
  • Strong in scripting/tools development
  • Experience in Embedded domain
  • Experience in Linux
  • Strong in debugging/troubleshooting
  • Deep understanding of technology and passionate about what you do
  • Strong reciprocal and social skills, specifically a confirmed ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic work environment
  • Car driving experience in USA
