As a member of the data division s development team, the Software Engineer will use agile methods to build essential marketing and sales applications, analytics and integrations, using the most comprehensive heavy equipment financing data set in the U.S. You will work for a company that fosters a culture of recognition, integrity, and character development.

Randall-Reilly’s data products are unique in our markets thanks to rich, proprietary data with 30 years of historical transactional data. With a capture rate as high as 80%, more than 2,200 customers use us today for market share analytics, lead generation, and sales performance assessment.


Skills we currently need: C#, OOP, T-SQL, MVC, MVVM

Bonus points: Git, .NET Core, Python, Pandas, Sci Kit Learn, Web API, Agile, DevOps automation

We are seeking candidates with proven interest and experience in implementing innovative software solutions and applications. Working in close collaboration with our team of architects, database developers, product managers, offshore developers, QA, and UX designers, you’ll help create, maintain and support best-in-class applications and/or infrastructure. You will deliver production level-code to support business objectives. Demonstrated communication skills are essential.

Business qualifications

  • Programming skills (C#, .NET, AWS, Javascript, etc.)
  • Software engineering practices, including Agile and DevOps methods
  • Experience building cloud applications using APIs and services
  • System building/debugging/testing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Promote and engage in collaboration.
  • Communication skills, with team members and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Process oriented: organize, define, document, innovate and improve.
